Document Description
Safety related Improvements at both ends of RWY 28/10 consisten with FAA regulations, as well as construction of related retaining walls to create level surfaces to accommodate the RSA, in conjunction with EMAS beds, and the relocation of existing vehicle service roads (VSRs) on the east and west ends of the runway. The east VSR would connect directly with SR-68 due to terrain in the project area and would provide access to Tarpy's Restaurant. The proposed project has not changed since the previous EIR, rather, this EIR augments portions of the previous EIR analysis.
