Case Numbers 08TPM-00000-00010/TPM 14,748 and 08CUP-00000-00028 are the request of Sid Goldstein, agent for the applicant, Sierra Grande Development, LLC., for a Tentative Parcel Map to perform a 2-way lot split of 205.3 acres (APN 137-270-030), to legalize an existing farm employee dwelling, and to convert 2 legal non-conforming residential units to agricultural storage buildings. The proposed parcels would be 102.7 acres (Parcel 1) and 102.6 (Parcel 2) respectively. The farm employee dwelling is an existing 1288 sf mobile home which was previously permitted under 71-CP-99 (permit expired). The project includes the conversion of a 432 sf guest house (Building C) and 932 sf farm employee residence (Building M) to agricultural storage structures.
