Document Description
The Applicant intends to alter the streambed by conducting maintenance activities and repairs at two different private drain facilities. Private Drain 725 (PD 725) work consists of the repair of four existing drop structures and construction of four equipment access ramps across the drop structures. Two new access ramps will be constructed from the access road to the channel bottom near drop structures 1 and 5. Private Drain 1300 (PD 1300) work consists of constructing an extension to the existing invert access ramp to allow access to the channel bottom. The extension will be 35 feet in length and 12-14 feet wide and includes the excavation of 260 cubic yards of material. Access and staging will be from the existing access road that runs along the channel. Work will be conducted when the channel is dry and vegetation removal will be minimal.
