Document Description
Specific Plan Amendment ("SPA 16-01 A3"): to incorporate the "site exception language" from, Volume 1, of the 2014 "March Air Reserve Base / Inland Port Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan" into Appendix B of the 2010 Meridian Specific Plan (SP5, A3). The language allows for a specific site exception allowing for the development of a hotel or hotels on the 13-acre site situated within Compatibility Zone B2 and bordered by I-215 on the east and Van Buren Blvd on the south.
