The project includes Plot Plan Amendment 11-05 for the installation of two (2) 15,000 gallon aboveground liquid natural gas tanks and one (1) 4,500 gallon aboveground hydrogen tank for the approved Sysco food distribution center located at 15750 Meridian Parkway within the Meridian Business Center. The subject property comprises an area of 45-acres and is zoned Industrial per the Meridian Specific Plan Amendment (SP-5). The project will be constructed concurrently with the overall site development of the distribution center as approved under Plot Plan 09-01. The project complies with all development standards as set forth in the Meridian Specific Plan Amendment (SP-5).
