Review for Compliance with Conditions of Approval as required by Condition No. 8 of Case No. CPC-98-361-CU, and proposed amendments/modifications to Condition No. 6(d) to permit an annual maximum of 104 nighttime class, lecture, reception, event or sheduled activity, anticipated to draw 100 or more people, other than performances in the Outdoor Classical Theater, with no more than 12 per month and 5 per week; Condition No. 7(b) to permit a maximum of 500 persons at the Outdoor Classical Theater; Condition No. 7(b) to permit patrons of the Outdoor Theater to arrive prior to 7:00 pm; Condition No. 7(e) to delete the requirement to provide shuttle service service for Outdoor Classical Theater patrons; Condition No. 7(h) to amend this Condition to also regulate amplified instrumental or vocal music; Condition No. 15 to amend this condition for consistency with proposed Condition No. 7(h) and to permit and regulate limited amplification of voice and instrumental music in the Inner and Outer Peristyle gardens and herb garden; Condition No. 23 to modify the complaint response and Community Relations Committee processes; Condition No. 25 to delete the requirement for the third party sound monitoring program; and Conditon No. 26(a) to amend the Condition to recognize the City Planning Commission's authority to impose additional corrective conditions if deemed necessary; all in conjunction with the continued se and operation of the facility commonly known as the J. Paul Getty Villa Museum, on an ~64 acre site int he A1-1 Zone. No physical construction or alteration of the existing facilities is proposed or considered.
