Document Description
Construct an ~1,000 ft long paved pedestrian and bicycle path. The path would extend form the north end of an existing alley just north of East Pine Street and east of North Third Street to the existing paved path in the park near the intersection of Spruce Street in Bishop. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide a safe, all-weather bicycle and pedestrian connection between the neighborhood located south of the park and Bishop City Park. The need for the proposed project is to provide north and south access for pedestrians and bicyclists between North Main Street to the Bishop City Park.
