The Draft SEIR analyzes the potential environmental impacts of the currently proposed project refinements (occurring during the design phase since the 2011 Final EIR was certified), and grading and earthwork at the newly proposed mitigation sites. Project refinements include: Ag Road, Borrow Area Versus Import, Upland Environmentally Sensitive Habitat Areas, Bay Meadows Potential Wetland Mitigation Site, Moore Tract Potential Mitigation Site, Point Saint George Management Area, Revegetation, Perimeter Fence Replacement, Wetland Impacts, Onsite Upland Dunes Mitigation Area, Onsite Sensitive Plant Relocation Areas.
