Grading and Storm-water Management General Plan and Ordinance Revisions. These revisions will affect the Land Use Ordinance (Title 22), Coastal Zone Land Use Ordinance (Title 23), Coastal Plan Policies, and North Coast Area Plan. The ordinance revisions would 1) incorporate the state-mandated General Construction Permit standards (which authorize limited storm-water discharges from construction sites) into local ordinances; 2) incorporate the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) post-construction design standards in local ordinances; 3) provide enforcement of the new ordinance requirements; and 4) include other County-initiated ordinance revisions pertaining to grading. The project is applicable Countywide.
