Document Description
The West Valley Water District (WVWD) proposes to construct and operate a groundwater wellhead treatment system to remove nitrate, perchlorate, and trichloroethylene from groundwater received from 2 production wells in the Rialto-Colton Groundwater Basin. Groundwater from Rialto Well No. 6 and WVWD Well No. 11 will be conveyed through 6,300 linear ft of new and existing pipelines to the proposed wellhead treatment plant at the WVWD headquarters, 855 Baseline Rd, Rialto, CA.
