The project is a Major Use Permit Modification to an existing equestrian facility for the boarding of horses. The facility consists of a stable, pullpen, crossties, and storage building approved as part of Major Use Permit (P89-027). The modification will include the refurbishment of the above mentioned structures and the construction of a covered riding arena, grooms' quarters with garage, carport, hay storage building, covered mechanical walker, five covered crossties and exterior improvements (landscaping and gazebo). As permitted by the original approval for P89-027, the project will not hold events and a maximum of thirty horses will be allowed onsite. No new uses are proposed.
