Water right Application 31489 of Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (PMCPOA) seeks a right to continue direct diversion of 0.5 cubic foot per second (cfs) and collection to storage of 65 acre-feet per annum (afa) in three existing reservoirs. The water is used for irrigation, fish and wildlife enhancement, recreational and fire protection purposes. PMCPOA documented that the golf course and reservoirs were constructed by October 24, 1972.
