Document Description
Conditional Use Permit CUPH09-007 and Design Review Permit DR09-029 to allow the following:
1. Installing of 3 new attached signs for the "Art of Life" art studio measuring 2'x3' and one new double-side detached sign measuring 3'x4' placed perpedicular to Main Street.
2. Replacement of the existing 4'+/- blue canvas canopy over the door with a 14'+/- black canvas canopy over the door and window.
3. Placement of 3 terra cotta flower planters in front of the business.
4. Retention of the existing 6 square foot glass display case attached to the building between the door and the window to the south of the door.
5. Repainting the exterior of the commercial building and small storage shed white with black trim, painting the frame of the display case and the two safety bollards (posts) black to match.
6. Installation of a 5' white picket fence along Seco Street and at the corner of Seco Street and Main Street.
7. Removal of the existing wire-panel fence along the eastern boundary of the fenced area and installation of a new section of redwood fencing along the eastern boundary of the parcel to the corner of the barn/garage.
