Document Description
Amendment to the Site Development Review previously approved for a portion of the Positano project known as Cantara II consisting of 40 lots on ~6 acres within Tract 7853. The proposed SDR amendment modifies the floor plans and exterior elevation designs previously approved for the development. The proposed amendment also allows greater flexibility and options for placement of floor plans. There will be no increase in the number of units or the total square footage of the project site.
