Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 358 square feet of potential coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving project where a public pedestrian path will be constructed as a permit condition to abandon a public R-O-W easement. The transfer enables the adjoining homeowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
