Document Description
Caltrans proposes to construct a traffic safety project on SR89 at the Donner Creek Underpass tunnel (Bridge No. 17-0016) that will consist of installing tunnel lighting and flashing beacons at the north and south entrance of the tunnel. The purpose and need of the project is to illuminate the funnel for pedestrians and bicyclists, and to enhance visibility for motorists to see pedestrians upon entering the tunnel.
