Document Description
City of Dublin recently purchased a lumber yard which will be used by the City as a Maintenance Yard Facility. The proposed improvements to the maintenance yard facilities will include: improving and replacing all exterior metal cladding, including the roof; repairing minor structural issues; installing a freestanding sign wall/screen at the south side of the building; upgrading the electrical service; constructing enclosed and secure storage space; and installing a new fence around the perimeter of the site. The site work will include: new perimeter fencing and gate; parking lot restriping inclusive of ADA requirements and minor repairs to the metal shade structures.

The maintenance yard would be consistent with the applicable general plan and zoning, is in a developed area, is fully served by public utilities and services, and is a developed site with no habitat value.
