Document Description
Install point of entry for attic access at the historic Casa Soberanes adobe at Monterey State Historic Park to evaluate potential damage associated with the leaking roof. Work will cut an access point approximately 20" wide X 30" long in the ceiling of the middle upstairs bedroom; attach solid framing to the ceiling board cut-out panel as well to the interior opening; and frame so that the access panel be flush with the ceiling and can be pushed up and set aside for attic entry.
