Document Description
This proposed traffic safety project will construct a two-way left turn lane (TWLTL) near the Davis Ranch produce market on SR 16. Caltrans proposes to install TWLTL from Station 101+00 to 1,500', ending at Station 116+00. The roadway will be widened 6' on the north and south sides of SR 16. The purpose and need is to reduce rear-end collisions.
