Document Description
The Operator was cited for violating Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code after removing approximately 200 cubic yards of sediment form the stream channel without first obtaining a Streambed Alteration Agreement. The sediment is stockpiled on the bank of McMillan Canyon Creek, and would be removed for personal use on the Operator's property. No sediment would be sold, transferred, traded, bartered, given away, or otherwise removed from the Operator's property. The sediment would not be used for commercial purposes.
