Document Description
Application 31295 requests a water right permit to continue storing 20 acre-feet per annum in Gallagher Lake. The lake was built in 1966 to create a canoeing pond at Camp Emerson, a Boy Scout Camp. Gallagher Lake is located on Bear Trap Canyon, about 2,000' from Tollgate Road. After the initial filling, the water right will be limited to the water need to offset evaporation and seepage, except if the lake is emptied for required maintenance and repair.
