Document Description
This project will replace in kind a modular home that was orignally removed because it contained asbestos. The replacement modular home will be 25'x60' and meet all code requirements. The pad will need to be re-graded slightly and the utilities will need to be updgraded. We will also be installing a permeable surfaced driveway and clearing a small area to the side of the home to allow for excess storage. One non-native tree will need to be removed to allow equipment to have better access to the site. We will also be pruning nearby trees to alleviate the fuel load if a fire were to occur in the area and to be within the setback requirements designated by CalFire. This project will have minimal impact and will be in an area that is already disturbed. This project will be less than one acre and have a total square footage of less than 2,500 square feet.
