The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to authorize final design, pipe fabrication, and construction for three segments of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe on the Lake Skinner Outlet Conduit. The scope of work includes preparation of detailed engineering plans and drawings, procurement of materials, pipe fabrication, shutdown coordination, all activities in advance of award of construction contract, and construction to repair the three PCCP sections on the conduit.
