Document Description
The applicant proposes to install a new bridge across Carriger Creek to provide access to agricultural property. The applicant proposes to use a railcar bridge that will span approximately 50' across the creek. The bridge will be a free spanning bridge with the abutments located outside the bed, bank, and channel of the creek. Some riparian vegetation will be removed or trimmed in order to construct the bridge. Issuance of a streambed alteration agreement number 1600-2008-0547-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
