The project will install a plastic liner in an existing 42" corrugated metal pipe, install a new headwall and rock energy dissipater at the culvert's inlet and reconstruct the existing asphalt concrete dike, over-side drainage inlet and asphalt concrete apron at Post Mile 35.00 on State Route 101.
