In order to satisfy the Pet Hill (03-NEV-20, PM 0.0/4.1) environmental commitment for oak impacts, the Caltrans is proposing to purchase approximately 184 acres of the Hanley Ranch, in Placer County. Currently, no modifications are planned for the parcel and this memo is covering the purchase of the property, only. The parcel is being acquired with both federal and state money.
