Document Description
CPL is required by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Resource and Special Programs Administration's Office of Pipeline Safety to complete assessments and repairs to its pipelines. The BAPL is a pipeline system that transports refined products from the Richmond Refinery to Bethany Station near Brentwood. The truck line has three pipeline legs that branch from it - one that travels north to Sacramento, another that travels south from Bethany Station to Banta, and a third that travels west from Bethany Station to San Jose. The pipeline is 8 inches in diameter throughout the routes.
