Document Description
Operator proposes to remove a concrete pad on upper banks of the Mokelumne River. The concrete pad will be broken up by a track excavator and concrete removed off the site. A staircase located above the concrete pad will be removed prior to work, and replaced after completion. The new stairs will measure approximately 15' in length and will be made of wood and filled with clean gravel.
