Project proposes only minor alteration of land and vegetation consisting of ornamental landscaping for the purposes of constructing missing sidewalk locations. The construction of this sidewalk, crosswalk and ADA curb ramp will occur within the public right of way on a non-scenic highway; therefore, there will be no removal of mature, healthy, scenic trees.
