Document Description
Harmony Hills Water System is marginal, does not meet minimum safety standards, and is at the end of it's service life. CDPH has determined that the shallow well and spring do not comply with the Surface Water Treatment Rule/Title 22, as they are both under the influence of surface water. This project proposes to install a treatment system for the shallow well and spring; replace the existing leased well, the main storage tank, and protions of the distribution pipeline.
