Document Description
The purposes and objectives of the project are to repair and upgrade the culverts and downdrains to protect the roadway from erosion related structural failures. The proposed construction activities will consist of: installing new corrugated steel pipes; installing a high-density polypopylene culvert liner; replacing headwalls; installing culvert aprons and downdrains; replacing asphalt and road base; installing rock slope protection; conducting slope revegetation and erosion control. The proposed project may result in soil disturbances up to approximately 2.6-acres, including 0.033-acres of impacts to the jurisdictional drainages within the Russian River HU and 0.068-acres of impacts to drainages and wetlands within the Eel River HU.
