Document Description
The applicant proposes to stabilize approximately 30 feet of failing stream bank using vegetated rock rip-rap along the banks of Tobacco Creek. The applicant proposes to use a backhoe to place 12"+ rock rip-rap approximately 4 feet high along 30 linear feet of bank. The applicant will plant willow cuttings amongst the rip-rap for long term bank stability while providing habitat for fish and wildlife.
