Document Description
This project involves the issuance of a lease from the State of California to Butte County which would authorize Butte County to construct a Volunteer Fire Station on the existing CalFire Cohasset Forest Fire Station Facility. This Volunteer Fire Station consists of a single rectangular building approximately 2400 square feet in size. This building would include a 4-bay apparatus storage facility, meeting room, and shower/bathroom. It would be built on a graded, graveled area on the CalFire facility. The total area involved in the construction is approximately one half acre.
