Authorize issuance of a ten-year Recreational Pier Lease to Judith A. Wright, Trustee of the Wright Trust, dated November 22, 1983, as amended and restated on June 10, 1998, beginning August 22, 2008, for the continued use and maintenance of an existing pier, an existing boat lift, and two mooring buoys.
