Document Description
The proposed project consists of leasing the first two floors, approximately 41,855 square feet (sf), of an existing three-story, 60,000 sf building, for use by the UCSC Extension Program. Project construction will be limited to internal modifications of the building; no modifications to the lands around the building are proposed. The proposed extension facility will replace and consolidate the ICSC Extension Program currently located in Cupertino, Santa Cruz, and Sunnyvale.

The project consists of leasing of an existing facility with no exterior alterations to the facility. The Project would not result in increase in population in the project area. A traffic study prepared for the project concluded that the vehicle trips associated with the project would not result in significant impacts to the intersections in the vicinity. The project would not result in any significant environmental effects.
