Document Description
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fresno, in collaboration with the Housing Authority of the City and County of Fresno and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, will clean up the Brownfield at the 317 CA site. The cleanup work 9Brownfield Cleanup Grant Workplan) consists of excavating and disposing offsite soils with high concentrations of lead and copper, which resulted from 17 years of onsite auto dismantling activities. The HOPE VI housing project will install low income homes on the cleaned 317 CA Site.
