Project consists of improving irrigation & nutrient management practices to reduce pollutants being lost to surface and ground waters. Include 3 major components: 1) Help farmers develop plans to address no-point sources of pollution. 2) Help farmers install practices. 3) Conduct outreach education in Spanish & English to advise farmers of water quality objectives & methods to achieve those objectives.
