Project involves issuance of a Right of Entry Permit to Golden State Water Company (GSWC) and subsequent easements as deemed necessary for the construction of a slope remediation project at their Baldwin Hills facility located at 6301 Hetzler Road in Culver City. The wall is required to remediate the slope between the GSWC and State Park property. All wall construction and slope grading will take place on Golden State property; however, tieback construction may result in tieback being placed into adjacent property owned by State Parks. Tiebacks will be bored into the hillside.
