Document Description
Project involves implementation of an annual fuel modification project in collaboration with National Park Service (NPS). State Park and NPS staff have identified strategic areas in the SMMNRA where the modification would create the opportunity to limit the spread of fire under typical wildfire conditions and to provide safer escap routs for residential areas. Two of the fuel modification areas are on State park property including areas along Las Virgenes Creek and near Regan Ranch.
