Document Description
Design Review Permit DR09-017 to allow the following improvements to a 440+/- square foot existing single-family ressidence.
1. Remove the door and one window on the northern side of the building;
2. Replace two windows on the western side of the building;
3. Replace the door, add a three foot by three foot concrete stoop in front of the door and add a window on the southern side of the building'
4. Add a door and a three foot concrete stoop in front of the door on the eastern side of the building;
5. Remove a 5+/- foot section of fencing along the northern property boundary to allow access to the door in item #4;
6. Relocate the existing lean-to style storage shed approximately four feet to the south along the eastern side of the building.
The parcel is zoned R-3:D:MX (Multiple-Family Residential:Design Control Combining:MObilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
