Project involves the replacement of the existing Rancho del Sol stank, which currently holds 60,000 gallons. The new tank will hold 300,000 gallons for domestic water supply demand and necessary emergency fire protection storage for the community of Rancho del Sol. The new tank is designed to be 30 ft in diameter and 52 ft in height. The new tank will be installed in a clearing to the east of the existing tank on a concrete ring-wall foundation. Construction is planned to begin in fall of 2009, with a completion date in summer 2010. The existing tank will continue to operate until the new tank is online.
