The CA DFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0124-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Elk Grove. The purpose of the project is to complete a portion of the City's trail system along Elk Grove Creek from Laguna Springs Drive on the west side of SR-99 to Emerald Vista Drive on the east side of SR 99.
