The proposed project would construct a segment of an off-street multi-use trail along the north bank of Elk Grove Creek from Laguna Springs Drive to Emerald Vista Drive. The project includes an ~908 ft long pedestrian overcrossing (POC) elevated over West Stockton Boulevard, State Route 99, and East Stockton Boulevard. At-grade trail connections would be provided from each end of the POC to East and West Stockton Boulevards.
