Document Description
A renewal of Surface Mining/Conditional Use Permits and approval of Reclamation Plan for existing in-stream mining operations on the Cook Gravel Bar on the north Fork Matthole River. The project proposes continued extraction and crushing of up to 34,000 cubic yards of gravel over a 3 yr period from 2 areas of the river. Gravel from the river bars will be used in County road maintenance activities in the region. The annual volume, location and extraction method will be based upon the recommendations of CHERT and other regulatory agencies.
