Update of District's existing 2002 "Electric System Master Plan". The purpose of the Master Plan is to provide the District with a comprehensive planning tool to assist in identifying existing electric system deficiencies & budgeting for corrections; anticipating areas where growth is likely to occur & identifying system improvements to service growth; analyzing & evaluating electric facilities fees to establish fees on new development. Evaluates performance of existing & projected system configuration to determine if system is adequate to meet demands of customer: supply, transmission, substatns.
