Document Description
Update of District's existing 2002 "Electric System Master Plan". The purpose of the Master Plan is to provide the District with a comprehensive planning tool to assist in identifying existing electric system deficiencies & budgeting for corrections; anticipating areas where growth is likely to occur & identifying system improvements to service growth; analyzing & evaluating electric facilities fees to establish fees on new development. Master Plan evaluated perfomance of existing and projected system configuration to determine if system is adequate to meet demands of customers. Evaluation includes availability of supply, overhead & underground transmission and distribution systems, substations, switch gear and transformers. Facilities were analyzed for existing demand and projected 5 and 15 yr peak conditions.
