Document Description
Project consists of the construction of a commercial center including the development of 22 lots that range in size from one to three acres; widening of Old Hwy 99/South Tehama Street; installation of drainage facilities including stormwater detention ponds, a storm drain pump station and emergency overfill spillways, sanitary sewer, water, and joint utility trench; construction of Harvest Drive and an associated clear span bridge over the stormwater drainage channel. Project is expected to result in incidental take of giant garter snake (Thamnophis gigas), which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CCESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
