The 2009 Housing Element is the Town's policy document guiding the provision of housing to meet future needs for all economic segments of Yountville, including housing affordable to lower-income households. The 2009 Housing Element identifies the policies and programs which the Town will implement to ensure that housing in Yountville is affordable, safe, and decent. It addresses housing needs by encouraging the provision of an adequate quantity of sites designated for multi-family housing, by assisting in affordable housing development, and through the preservation and maintenance of existing affordable housing stock.
