Document Description
The Specific Plan Project carries out the goals and policies of the Solano County General Plan for the Middle Green Valley Area, providing for a combination of land conservation and development. The approval action for which this Notice of Determination is filed includes a Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 410.9 acres into 27 separate parcels, a subsequent Small Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 137.2 acres into 322 separate residential parcels and multiple additional parcels for right-of- way, parks and open space, community uses, and stormwater detention area. These subdivision approvals are part of, and implement, the Specific Plan Project. These approvals are consistent with the Specific Plan and its Program EIR, and do not result in new significant impacts; no additional environmental review is required per CEQA Guidelines § 15168(c) and Government Code § 65457.
