Document Description
Use Permit (UP-08-22) to establish a wireless communication facility. The proposed facility would include a 100 ft tall, 3 sided lattice tower with an 8 ft wide microwave antenna, 10 ft x 8 ft equipment shelter, standby propane generator, and 499 gallon liquid propane tank. The proposed facility would be located within a 40 ft x 40 ft, 6 ft tall, chain link fenced enclosure situated within a 100 ft x 100 ft (.23 acre) lease area located East Dorris Hill, located ~220 ft west from existing wireless communication facilities. The proposed tower and lease area would accommodate future wireless communications equipment that might be necessary. No exterior lighting is proposed.
